The HOA has 5 six-foot tables, approximately 40 folding chairs, and 2 (8 ft x 8 ft)canopy tents that residents in the community can use for private events. Rentals are free, and any resident in Carrolltowne in good standing can use them. To request use of some or all of the equipment, first check the calendar for open dates. The calendar will list any dates the equipment is being used (and how many are reserved) in the notes for the event. If there is no event listed, then the equipment is currently free on that day. Rentals start at 8 am on the day of your event and are good for 24 hours. If a longer rental is needed, make sure to specify that in your request.
Use the following form to request equipment: https://forms.gle/mkGv6YJ4LHBM98Pt6. You must submit your request at least 72 hours in advance to allow time for processing. We will notify you via email of approval.
Equipment is located in the Andylin tot lot shed. Once approved, a board member will make arrangements to give you a key to the shed.
